While building the floor plan, our team will walk you through our collaborative process to bring your vision to life from concept to design in 3D form. You’ll never be left alone during the interior design process to choose all the individual details. Our design team will help define the style of your home and provide feedback and guidance along the way to ensure all the individual details come together cohesively.
Throughout the construction phase we integrate modern building techniques, materials, and energy-efficient solutions that adds real value—enhancing comfort, performance, and long-term durability. We work with trusted architects, designers, and skilled trades who share our standards of excellence. These long-standing relationships ensure consistent quality and smooth execution.

Lot Overview
The first step in the process of building your custom home is to find a lot. If you’ve already found the perfect lot, we will walk the lot together to understand the topography, elevations, and landscape to ensure we design your home accordingly. If you are still looking for a lot, our team will happily help you narrow down the search for what will best fit your needs based on your vision for your home.
Floor Plan Development & Design Phase
Once you’ve found the perfect lot, it’s time to start bringing your vision to life through the floor plan and architectural design phase. Our team will schedule a deep dive consultation to gain an understanding of everything you want and need in your new home including, the style, floorplan, layout, square footage, budget considerations, etc.
With each draft and desired change, you will be able to start seeing your home come to life as our team works in real time on the floorplan and architectural design. After the final draft of the floorplan is perfect and has been approved by you, we will be able to provide a comprehensive set of plans and detailed budget.
We will guide you through the interior design process with our expert team of resources to select all finishing design touches.
Contract & Construction
Our team will do all the heavy lifting to ensure your project plans are approved by engineers to ensure the safety and longevity of your home and obtain necessary permits, city/county approvals, and often HOA approvals.
Once construction begins, our builder and project manager will be closely managing the progress of your home daily to ensure the work performed by our trusted partners and subcontractors meets our standard of excellence. We thrive in the complex process of managing the challenges each individual build brings and our goal to make the process as smooth and painless as possible by providing transparent communication and keeping you in the loop through our client portal.

Your new home is finished! Upon completion of the construction phase of your home, it will be professionally cleaned and sanitized in preparation for the final client walkthrough.
